Welcome to RareEarth’s first offering – the Mendelevium, where we protect and conserve natural resources, while our focus is to help you live a quality life. A sprawling 5 acre campus (Phase I) embedded in a green serene neighbourhood will greet you.
In the present day, people have forgotten how to live; we have forgotten that our roots run deep through a civilization where sustainability was discovered or more so a way of life. Where the environment was respected and considered a great influence on ones character. This is something RareEarth has managed to weave into every detail while developing Mendelevium – be it from convenience, comfort to a healthy life style.
As you travel to the North-West part of Mysore, if you have reached Yelwala, on Hunsur Road, you are very close to RareEarth environment, where you will find wide roads that are surprisingly empty. Like always we boast of amenities, be it from power, water, communication, median roads, landscaped gardens, fitness, official work, taking care of guests, grocery shopping to fine dining.
Mendelevium is a well researched project by RareEarth, the surroundings especially. This is the primary quest for us, as we believe in selecting a natural premise into which our homes will blend. All our homes have beautifully landscaped and eco-scaped gardens that you could step into for plenty more tranquility.
