As RareEarth is in the space of creating green sustainable campuses and communities, the services relating to green buildings is provided as outsourced project management services (OPMS). RareEarth will help organisations (Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Social or Residential) in building/setting-up green buildings using its experienced services. These services can be implemented part or full to new or existing structures. The services offered under outsourced project management are according to the IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) guidelines / LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) rating certifications. Few of the services offered under OPMS are through integration and working with external consultants to meet the end requirement. |
