Review project works, quantities, costs, accuracy of specification, completeness.
Vendor management skills.

Execution of assigned residential projects.
First class B.E (civil) graduate.
Possess 1-2+ years experience in construction industry.
Possess knowledge on project supervision, construction management and other site activities.
Good engineering skills, planning and execution skills
Basic professional knowledge to the design of entry level site works and construction management.
Perform on-site works as per schedule, interpret drawings, specifications, standards, and carry out field engineering work.
Coordination and follow up with drawings and material suppliers
Preparing weekly progress reports, material requisition indents and summary of material reports
Estimation of materials
Good communication and coordination skills
